Patricia Fluhr has lived in and around the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys of Southern California her whole life. Patti's journey into the field of real estate started as a real estate investor 30 years ago.
Prior to her real estate career, Patti worked in the post production sound industry, breaking ground as a woman, and as an innovator. Her position as a studio engineer enabled her to utilize her technical and organizational skills, which carry through to her real estate marketing presentations.
Patti has been an active member of her professional and personal communities, by 'giving back' through participation. She has served on the Boards of several professional groups, as well as La Canada and Pasadena schools, businesses, and neighborhood organizations. She draws upon all this experience to her clients' advantage, when marketing listings, designing custom transactions, and giving insight to buyers and sellers.
Patti is a proud realtor for Berkshire Hathaway in Pasadena, where she works alongside some of best people and resources of the real estate business in Southern California. Patti believes that her business is built on the qualities of hard work, loyalty and a commitment to personal service. A long time San Gabriel Valley resident, Amion attended UC Irvine, received a BA in Economics and was a licensed realtor before shifting focus to raising three daughters. She is an active contributor to community philanthropic organizations and has held numerous positions on her daughter's school boards. Amion's meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal and negotiating skills have contributed to her success in these roles. Amion prioritizes client service through listening to their needs, honesty and diligence to represent and support her clients from start to finish!
Amion enjoys starting her day with indoor running classes; she's passionate about the game of squash, and healthy cooking. After focusing much fo her time raising three daughters she's energized to renew her real estate practice to reconnect with the community and support her clients, as it's her passion to help others!
